The comprehensive investment yield of Taikang Asset has always been excellent
From early 2007 to late 2018, Taikang Asset’s average annual investment yield of the general account entrusted by Taikang Life was above 8%. With long-term, stable and outstanding investment capabilities, Taikang Asset has been widely recognized by insurance and non-insurance customers.
According to statistics of Taikang Asset, the investment-linked insurance accounts of Taikang Life Insurance at the end of 2019 Q1 were ranked as follows: Taikang Youxuan Chengzhang Account, No. 1 in stock investment-linked insurance accounts, Taikang Kaitai Wenli Account, second in fixed-income investment-linked insurance accounts, Taikang Five-year Guarantee Account, second in bond-only investment-linked insurance accounts, and Taikang Currency Hedge Account, second in currency investment-linked insurance account. Of its 16 investment-linked insurance accounts in the ranking, 12 ranked in the first half of the same type of account and the overall performance was excellent. Among them, one had the net value of 39.3643, or about 40 times that of it since it was first initiated on January 30, 2003.
As of the end of 2019 Q1, the average yield of industry-wide enterprise annuity scheme was 3.10%, and for Taikang, it was 4.06%, ranking second among 22 investment managers.
According to statistics from eVestment, from early 2009 to the end of 2019 Q1, the cumulative yield of the representative accounts of Taikang Asset Management (Hong Kong)’s HK stock investment strategy was 381.53%, ranking first in the cumulative yield of 25 similar products with statistics. Its annualized yield and annualized excess yield relative to the benchmark index also ranked 1st.
The publicly offered fund investment of Taikang Asset has made superb achievement, with products covering currency funds, bonds (including pure bonds, primary bonds, secondary bonds), bond-based hybrid funds, stock-based hybrid funds and stock-connect funds funds (main investment in Hong Kong stocks). The layout of the overall product line is being strengthened, and product types with low-to-high risk appetite have been constantly enriched. In 2018, the average performance of Taikang Publicly Offered Fund was 8.31%, ranking the third in 106 fund companies.
